Ms. Jensen can easily be reached for a consultation by calling the above number.  If someone is in jail, we will accept collect calls from Alameda County jails either Santa Rita or North County Jail and other local jails AFTER a relative has contacted us.  If you received a call from a friend or family member who is incarcerated, please obtain as much identifying information as possible, including; date of birth, prisoner finding number, and correct spelling of the true legal name and call me immediately.  DO NOT DISCUSS THE FACTS OF THE CASE ON THE JAIL PHONES - THESE ARE MONITORED AND RECORDED.  These calls can end up played for a jury as evidence against your loved one.  Hiring an attorney before bail is set or posted will in most cases result in a reduction of the bail fee.
